We are a Sports Medicine Physical Therapy practice with two convenient locations: in the beautiful River Valley Club in Lebanon, NH and in downtown Hanover, NH, just a short walk from Dartmouth College and Hanover High School. We utilize the Osteopractic approach to address head, neck & shoulder pain, back pain, headaches & jaw pain, hip & knee pain, foot & hand pain, sports-related injuries & pain, and much more. We also provide high-end sports medicine rehabilitation for athletes of all levels.
You will work one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy who will progress you back to doing all the things you love to do. Our clinicians have specialized post-graduate training in manual therapy, Western trigger point dry needling, extremity & spinal manipulation, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, myofascial release, therapeutic cupping, kinesiology taping, corrective exercise solutions, and strength & conditioning expertise.
We will brighten your day, provide pain relief, and identify effective solutions to get you back in the game fast.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with a 48-hour notice to avoid being charged the full appointment fee. This will allow us to offer your appointment to a patient on our waiting list. Thank you!
